Your inbox owes you money.
Somewhere in your email are flights that landed three hours late or were cancelled at short notice. For each one, UK and EU law says the airline owes every passenger up to £520. Forward us your booking emails and we'll find them, claim them and chase the airline until it pays.
Free to join. We keep 30% of what we recover, VAT included, and nothing if we don't.

How it works
- 1
Send us your bookings
Forward airline confirmation emails to your personal club address, or add a trip by hand in a minute.
- 2
We watch every flight
After you land, we compare the actual arrival time with the timetable and check the rules for your route.
- 3
Confirm with one tap
If a flight qualifies, we tell you what you're owed. Tap to confirm you were on it and we take it from there.
- 4
We claim, chase and pay you
We deal with the airline, escalate to the dispute scheme if they refuse, and pay you as soon as they pay us.
What you're owed
A fixed amount per passenger, set by how far the flight was going, not by what you paid for the ticket. A family of four delayed on the way to Tenerife is owed £1,400.
On long-haul flights, delays of 3 to 4 hours are paid at half. If you were rebooked onto a flight that got you there not long after, the airline can also halve it.

Questions
Can't I just claim from the airline myself?
Yes, and it's free. Airlines don't make it easy, though: forms change, replies take weeks, and many first answers are no. We're for people who'd rather not spend their evenings arguing with an airline, or who never notice they're owed anything in the first place.
Which flights are covered?
Any flight leaving the UK or the EU, whatever the airline. Flights into the UK or EU are covered when a UK or EU airline operates them. The flight needs to have arrived at least 3 hours late, been cancelled with less than 14 days' notice, or you were bumped off it.
When doesn't the airline have to pay?
When the disruption was genuinely outside its control: severe weather, air traffic control restrictions, security alerts and similar. Technical faults and the airline's own staff shortages or strikes don't count as excuses. We check the cause before claiming.
How far back can I claim?
Up to six years for UK claims. For EU claims it depends on the country the flight left from, usually between two and five years.
What happens to my data?
We only read airline booking emails you send us, and delete the email itself once we've taken the flight details from it. Bank details are encrypted and only used to pay you.
